Description

New for 2025! We've introduced the Molle panel for all T3 Vanagon Doka front doors. This set is for those that have previously purchased ABS door panel cards from us or any other supplier. Remember to check out the pics, they will be an awesome! addition to your T3.

MOLLE stands for Modular Lightweight Load-Carrying Equipment. It was developed for the tactical world in the 1990's. Now it has become a popular add-on for the off-road and adventure world. A MOLLE panel is a versatile storage solution that can be used to hold a variety of equipment, including tools, cooking supplies, and recovery gear (important for VWs).

This front door Molle set is for All Vanagon Doka models from 1980 through 1991. The set includes:
  • 2x font door Molle panels
  • Installation Hardware

Instructions:

  1. Remove the door panel card and place on top of a table.
  2. Installation hardware is shown below and it includes 14x M4 Stainless Steel Screws, 14 Black ABS Spacers and 14 M4 Stainless Steel Nuts.
  3. Position the Molle panel on top of the door panel. The edges of the Molle panel should be approx. 1.25 inch (30mm) from the edges of the door panel card as shown below.
  4. Use a drill to make the seven (7) holes required for the M4 Molle screws. Drill should be just large enough to clear the M4 screws. Can be sourced at any hardware store.
  5. Start by drilling a corner, then place a screw to help secure the position. Then drill a second corner and place a screw. Now repeat until  all seven (7) holes are drilled.
  6. Proceed to assemble by placing spacers between the door panel Card and Molle Panel. Insert the M4 Screw and tighten the nut and screw all together. Once all screws are tight, installation is complete!
