Volkybaru ships worldwide, built by VW enthusiasts for the global VW community. Domestic orders are typically shipped via UPS Second Day Air.
Processing time for in-stock parts is usually 5–10 business days.
Shipping rates within the continental United States (CONUS) and for international orders are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order details.
You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through each stage. Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent so you can follow it all the way to your garage.
If you need a custom shipping solution, want to use your own shipping label, or require help with a specific international shipment, contact us and our team will be happy to assist.
At Volkybaru, we stand behind our parts. You have 15 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.
Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
To start a return, contact us at volkybaru@gmail.com. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
